“Cleaning team did a great job. I was disappointed with the organization by Caroline. Was scheduled for 5pm the cleaners were told 4pm and showed up at 4pm. Luckily I was home. I then got a call from another cleaner saying they were on the way to my place. I called Caroline who said she would sort it out and call me back right away. She never called me back. Poor customer service.”
