HOW PAY WORKS

Every job is paid on the time allocated to it:

Allocated hours x your hourly rate = your pay

Example: a 3-hour job at $45/hr = $135. You see the amount before you accept.

HOUSE CLEANING: pay per job, solo cleaner, at the $45/hr starting rate

1 bed, 1 bath: Standard $90 | Deep $152.25 | End of lease $202.50

2 bed, 1 bath: Standard $105 | Deep $167.25 | End of lease $217.50

3 bed, 2 bath: Standard $135 | Deep $197.25 | End of lease $247.50

4 bed, 2 bath: Standard $150 | Deep $212.25 | End of lease $262.50

5 bed, 3 bath: Standard $180 | Deep $242.25 | End of lease $292.50

Working as a pair? The job pays the same total, and you finish in about half the time. You choose how it's paid:

• One payment: the full amount goes to one person or your business account
• Split payment: each cleaner gets their share paid directly

(Example: a 3 bed, 2 bath end of lease pays $247.50 as one payment, or $123.75 each if split.)

CARPET & UPHOLSTERY STEAM CLEANING: $30 per 40-minute unit, $75 minimum per booking

• Carpet: bedroom 1 unit, living room 2, hallway 0.5, stairs 1.5
• Upholstery: about 1 unit per seat (3-seater sofa 3, armchair 1)
• Mattresses: single 1, queen 2, king 2.5

Examples: 3 bedrooms + hallway = $105, 3-seater sofa + 2 armchairs = $150, queen mattress = $75

Add carpets to a 3 bed, 2 bath deep clean and that job pays $287.25.

OFFICE & COMMERCIAL: the same hourly rate on the allocated hours. The checklist, time and pay are shown before you accept.

All amounts are before your business costs and tax. Regular cleans, add-ons and the condition of the home change the allocated time, so check each job's pay in the app.

TEAMS & CLEANING COMPANIES

Bring your crew, from 2 cleaners to 20+.

• Get paid as one team payment into one account, or have each cleaner paid directly. (In a team business on one team payment, only the business needs an ABN.) You can change this later if everyone agrees.
• Owners and managers accept jobs, choose which cleaners attend and can change the crew before the job starts. Each cleaner gets their own login.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of professional house cleaning (your own clients or an agency)
• 5-star standards: on time, thorough and great with customers
• A reliable car and your own equipment and products (teams can share kit)
• An ABN, or you're happy to get one (it's free)
• Government photo ID (verified online)
• An Australian bank account
• Enough English to read job notes and understand customers

Good to know: this is independent contractor work. Hours depend on bookings near you and aren't guaranteed, and you decide how much you take on.

Ready? Start with just your mobile and email. Your progress saves as you go, and you add documents later.
